WHAT IS A PRODUCT INSPECTION ?
The purpose of Product Inspection is making sure products are produced as intended.
Product Inspection is the verification of product quality and quantity to pre-identified specifications before, during, or after the production process.
Product Inspection is designed to control quality, verify quantity and meet regulatory requirements.
DQC inspection services give companies confidence in the reliability and integrity of their products.

FAQ
Inspection booking should be at least 2 days before you desired inspection date. The earlier you place the booking, the better inspector will be appointed for you.
Inspection booking less then 2 days can be also arranged as exception case instead of regular practice, but too late booking is often difficult to be scheduled due to all our inspectors occupied.
CAN I BOOK A SAME DAY INSPECTION FOR AN URGENT SHIPMENT ?
Urgent booking for same day inspection could be arranged as special case for your urgent shipment.
Urgent booking for same day inspection mean the booking time is after 5PM the day before inspection or the same day time of inspection.
Same day inspection will be charged additional 50% of rate than usual, because we need much time to re-coordinate the our schedule and spend neccessory resource such as ticket refund fees and/or more expensive fares.
CAN SUPPLIERS / FACTORIES BOOK FOR BUYERS ?
Yes, both you and your suppliers/factories are same welcome to book any inspection.
Actually, many of our customers book inspections by their suppliers/factories because the suppliers/factories know more accurate date for inspection than their customers.
HOW MUCH WILL YOU CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE ?
Service prices is quoted per MD (man-day), based on the inspection workload of your shipment and the rate negotiated with customer.
HOW CAN I PAY ?
New customers and occasional booking customers need to pay before inspection schedule. Due to small amounts we prefer payment by Paypal or West Union, and T/T is also acceptable.
Regular customers can make payment monthly by T/T, or Paypal, West Union, or by other payment method based on negotiation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OBTAIN THE INSPECTION RESULTS ?
Inspection report will be issued to you within 24 hours after inspection.
Inspection report will be issued on same day if inspection finished not later than 4PM of inspection date.
DO I NEED TO INFORM MY FACTORY AFTER I PLACED THE BOOKINGS ?
As soon as you confirm your order, we'll contact the factory and share the production requirement to make sure that the products are being manufactured during the visit.
WILL I GET A FULL REFUND IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING BEFORE THE CUT OFF TIME ?
Yes, we don't hold any money and will refund you in full if you cancel your booking before the cut off time (before 5:00 PM Beijing time on the working day before inspection date).
However, as principle of "each shall bear his own responsibility", any charges by bank and/or ticket refund fees of business trip to your factory will be deducted from your payment.
Therefore, if you need to cancel after payment made, we strongly suggest you to change the payment for your next/future booking.
